 Baldi Commercial was established in December 2007 by Robert Baldi following a 12 year career in Commercial Real Estate, the last 7 years as a Director of a Major Brisbane CBD Commercial Agency where for a period he assumed a General Management role across all areas of the business including Agency , Property Management and Financial Management.
Over that overall 12 year period Robert worked in the Brisbane Industrial Market and the City Fringe Market where he developed considerable experience conducting marketing campaigns and negotiating transactions across all areas of Office, Retail and Industrial Sales and Leasing.
Late in 2007, Robert decided it was time to develop his own business model focused on the skills he has developed during his Real Estate career as well as his overall 30 year working experience. Hence Baldi Commercial was born. Robert was keen not to hide behind an obscure corporate identity but to include his own name in the business, so that clients would know his own personal skills and reputation stood behind the activities of the business.
Prior to entering the world of Commercial Real Estate, Robert gained professional qualifications in Civil Engineering where he worked in senior management with many significant corporations as well as an Operations Manager for an International
Management Consultancy. With a broad understanding across many industry sectors, Robert brings to the property industry a rare array of talents which he is now developing into the business that is Baldi Commercial. Robert’s lifelong passion for Property Development and Construction and a meticulous attention to detail sees these as significant points of difference to market competitors. As a business still in its early phase of growth, it has the 100% commitment of its experienced founder in the day to day operations.
